Exciting! Collaboration wins the day!
The second four videos of the eight-part Juno Singles Project got submitted last year to the Alliance for Community Media’s Hometown Media Awards competition, a national recognition effort representing over 3,000 community media stations. The four videos in the submission were created and produced by Angus Reid of Q Filmworks in Brattleboro.
The submission won Best of Entertainment and Arts Series by an Independent Producer!
The Juno Singles Project started as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and bubbled into a lively collaboration between four local composers, an excellent 16-piece string orchestra, several responsive acrobat artists, film and audio producers, and a local television station. Collaboration at its very best!
Here’s a link to the announcement article in the Brattleboro Commons.
